Frequently asked questions

Is the viscosity, e.g. 5W-30, enough?

No. The engine also requires a specific standard (for example ACEA C3 or VW 504 00). Check it in the owner’s manual.

Where do I find the oil filter part number?

Filter part numbers are in the manufacturers’ catalogues, such as MANN-FILTER or MAHLE. Search by make, model and engine code.
